F— Yers! Xers paved the way the hard way-real talent, real smarts, real know-how. Xers are the real LEADERS.
F— Yers! Xers paved the way the hard way-real talent, real smarts, real? know-how. Xers are the real LEADERS.

real talent, smarts, know-how, leaders? good lord! It sounds like a game of Mad Libs! Your definition of talent is how to blow up a beer can using a match and duct tape. Smarts? Like doing a stunt where your on a ATV going 40 on a off road and going through a noose and being able to untangle it blind folded? no need to go on.
lol February 28 1993
Boy did she EVER hit the nail on the head with this analysis. I’ve been teaching Gen-Y for a decade and this is SO TRUE. Lots of highly capable students, but most of them have the propensity of forgetting to “look before they leap”.
5 Stars.
the generation of facebook , myspace and reality TV shows. They are all so precious and they’re ALL so special. Just ask them. Sponging off their parents is a given to most. I think 1 in 10 Y’ers are fine, the rest are living proof that to survive you just need to make people feel guilty for your own shortcomings, and then they will give things to you for free. Food, money , TV’s and mobile phones should all be supplied by the parents whose roof you live under.
i wish i was an xer. thrash metal ftw
im 35 but im more gen y than gen x!
kidding…im SO not like this…..gen x has REALISTIC expectations! know where they stand!
hehe! ur gen z..heheee! baby
Gen Y talk with a sense of entitlement ~ Baby Boomers are more nurturing towards them since most of their kids are the same age ~ Gen X are threatened by Gen Y’s youth and tech saviness & the fact that the Baby Boomer bosses lavish them with more attention.
Impossible for a Y to be “giving”, as McCullough described, since they are so self serving.
Usually when someone’s ‘ego is greater than their talent’ people would see that person as “fake”.
Y’s need guidance, since they have no experience, but they’ll always challenge any advice you give them.
Y’s are out of touch with reality, and just need to be fired from several jobs to get back in touch.
May 26th 1994! thats me. I’m so like that lol. I just had a fight with my auntie about our generation having Panick attacks and being like Ja’mie King search Ja’mie King and watch some videos apparently thats what were like… lol.
the parenting of gen Y said tell your children how great they are every day! how could you blame them for being egotistical. besides 3A7C, we are also called Generation Why for that reason. why do it if there is no reason to do it?
Thanks.
Generation Y? Try Generation Awesome.
frozenlolo , Gen Y are always explained the reasons, they only ask “Why” because the explanation doesn’t suit them.
You adapt to the environment, the environment doesn’t adapt to suit you.
If you have no experience with the job don’t expect the company to change just to make your life easier, you’re not that special; ‘ego greater than talent’.
Whatever. Recession. Reality check. Don’t hire a Gen Y, or fire them if they think they’re special.
@DarkXtrike haha
@MikePYaDig Um, how is a mullet-music listener “openminded” and “wellrounded” ?
A Gen-Y’er who loves the WORST of Gen-X’ers music ?
Dude, please…. You’ve got 25+ years TO CATCH UP ON !!!!!!!!
I’m one of the younger Gen Xers and I;m GLAD that I’m one.
Most of the crap that Gen Y has to deal with is thanks to the baby boomers.
